The sections of the vertically prepared A0-sized (1189x841 mm) posters for the MTO494 Research Project report, taken in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, will be graded by the jury members assigned to them in the appendix.

The vertically prepared posters for the MTO494 Research Project will be exhibited on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in the designated area on the Z floor of the MED C Building.

The advisors and jury members assigned to each student in the appendix will visit the posters between 12:00 and 15:00 on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and grade them by asking questions to the student.

The posters prepared according to the specified dimensions will be hung in the Foyer Area on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, starting at 10:30, with the section identifying their names/poster numbers, and will be taken down from the floor again on the same day starting at 15:30.

It is essential that you be present next to your poster between 12:00 and 15:00 on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Those who are only present next to their poster during this time will not be graded.
