Following the completion of all stages in the MTO494 Research Project process, including jury suggestions, revisions, and additions, students must prepare their project reports in accordance with the attached rules.

The project reports must be at least 6 pages and at most 10 pages. Reports must be submitted in both Word and PDF formats by Monday, February 24, 2025, at 17:00.

The reports must be sent to the Department Chair’s Office at metmuh-uubf@itu.edu.tr and to Vice Chair Assist. Prof. Dr. Ceyhan Kahya at ckahya@itu.edu.tr.

If there has been any change in the poster submitted during the first submission, the updated version of the poster must also be attached to this e-mail. If there has been no change, the poster previously submitted by the student must be attached to the same e-mail.

At the end of the 2024-2025 Spring Semester, the MTO494 Research Projects from both semesters will be compiled and published as the “Department of Climate Science and Meteorological Engineering Research Projects Booklet.”
