The vertically prepared A0-size posters (1189 x 841 mm) for the MTO494 Research Project will be displayed in the Faculty Foyer Area on January 28-29, 2025.

The advisors and jury members assigned to each student will visit the students’ posters on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, between 12:30 and 14:30. During these visits, students will answer questions about their posters and will be evaluated by the advisors and jury members.

For the MTO494 Research Project, students must send the following files to metmuh-uubf@itu.edu.tr by January 13, 2025, at 16:00:

• An extended abstract of the study, prepared in Word format as two full A4 pages (MTO494_ornek.docx)
• The A4-size version of the poster to be prepared, submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format

Posters prepared according to the specified dimensions must be placed by students on the boards bearing their names in the Faculty Foyer Area starting from 13:00 on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. The posters must be removed by the students starting from 16:00 on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

Students must be present next to their posters on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, between 12:30 and 14:30. Students who are not present next to their posters during this time interval will not be evaluated.
