Announcement
Following the completion of all stages, including jury recommendations, corrections, and additions, for the MTO494 Research Project, students must submit their project reports—prepared in accordance with the attached formatting guidelines (MTO494_template) and spanning a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 pages—in "both Word and PDF formats" to the Department Head (metmuh-uubf@itu.edu.tr) and to the Vice Department Head, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ceyhan Kahya (ckahya@itu.edu.tr), by Friday, February 6, 2026, at 17:00. The subject line of the email must be written as "MTO494 Research Project."
If there are any changes to the poster that students submitted during the initial delivery, the updated version of the poster must be attached to this email; if no changes were made, the previously submitted version of the poster (in A4 format) must still be included.
