The book titled Fault Tolerant Attitude Estimation for Small Satellites by Prof. Dr. Cengiz HACIZADE from the Department of Aerospace Engineering has been published by CRC Press.

In this book, both the passive and active fault tolerant estimation methods are considered. The attitude and rate estimation, robust and adaptive Kalman filter algorithms, attitude sensor calibration methods and fault detection and isolation methods for small satellites are illustrated by examples and computer simulations performed via the software package MATLAB. Most of the book is original and contributed by the authors.
